Due to a low snow year the county is working with Chaffee County to set the opening date of Cottonwood Pass. Gunnison County is looking at May 7 for the ride (and opening the pass after the completion of the ride) with a weather day of May 21.We will open registration via Eventbrite towards the second half of April.
The 2026 Cottonwood Classic is May 7!
